After an earlier disruption in the southbound service of the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 on Wednesday morning, a northbound MRT train was forced to unload passengers at the Cubao Station due to a technical problem.

A tweet by the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) said that the offloading in Cubao occurred at about 11:30 a.m.

Also, the MRT3 management said that the earlier glitch on the southbound line was due to a signaling problem experienced at about 8:35 a.m., and that normal service resumed at 8:56 a.m.
